Children (Ages 4-6) Our children’s martial arts program enforces an educational and fun experience for your child. Listening skills, focus, concentration, courtesy and respect are used to progress the children’s development. The program includes physical and challenging experiences to improve flexibility, strength and stability. The course is filled with fun for both the children and parents.

Kids (Ages 7-12) Our kid’s program provides an encouraging curriculum to stress upon confidence, self- discipline, and control. Our students are taught to respect their peers, and their parents. We support nonviolent resolution to conflict. We inspire our students to create goals, and then work up to their potential to fulfill it.   Progress is tested on a regular basis by the assistance of an instructor.

Teens (13+) Our teen program assists our students by not only educating them how to properly train, but to make accurate decisions and increase their self-confidence. Our students also learn self-defense with safety awareness training to ensure their protection. Our classes are filled with momentum and energy which will have your teen engaged and content.

Adult Our adult program teaches our students the techniques of martial arts and self-defense procedures through Taekwondo and thai boxing. This class offers a chance to get into shape as well as tone and balance the body. It’s an enjoyable and challenging course that improves the physical and mental state of mind. Our classes are well structured to increase your flexibility, endurance and strength as well as advancing your concentration and focus.

Private Lessons For the student/client with specific set goals our one on one lessons customize and personalize sessions to fit their needs. Fitness, focus mitt drills and self defense are just some of the various programs offered.
